Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator who will also provide support to the CEO. This role is vital for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, handling administrative tasks, and assisting the CEO with scheduling, communications, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office operations, including filing, document management, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate internal communications and support team collaboration.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing office events.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative processes to support the organization.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with drafting emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items as directed by the CEO.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration, executive support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.

Timings:

Monday to Friday - 09:30 to 18:30
