$20 – $23 per hour based on experience

PLEASE NOTE: This is a commercial warehouse and delivery role operating a 3-ton box truck. Gig delivery experience (Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes, DoorDash, etc.) does not meet the requirements for this position.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Carr Group is looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team in a combined warehouse and commercial delivery role. You will be hands-on every day - unloading trailers, keeping the warehouse organized, and getting out on the road for local deliveries.

WAREHOUSE DUTIES

• Unload trailers using two-wheel dollies / pump trucks
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain warehouse organization
• Prepare and stage loads for drivers
• Process paperwork for returned items

DELIVERY DUTIES

• Operate a 3-ton box truck (standard licence accepted)
• Complete curbside and basic commercial drop-off deliveries
• Represent The Carr Group professionally at every stop

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's licence held for a minimum of 6 years
• Clean driving record - no DUI or careless driving convictions
• Physically capable of handling and moving large appliances in warehouse
• Reliable and punctual - consistent daily attendance is essential
• Organized, team-oriented, and a strong work ethic
