About the Role: LTS Investments is looking for a reliable and hands-on Property Technician to join our team. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and keeping property in top shape, this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our properties, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and well-maintained for tenants and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on properties
• Conduct minor carpentry, plumbing, and general building repairs
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner

Groundskeeping & Exterior Work

• Lawn mowing and yard clean-up
• Snow removal and salting during winter months
• Tree trimming and general outdoor maintenance

Property Upkeep

• Ensure buildings and common areas are clean and presentable
• Conduct inspections and report issues to management
• Assist with unit turnover preparation

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (Class 3 preferred)
• Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in landscaping or construction is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
