Location: Burlington and GTA

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and teardown of HDD drilling equipment and job sites
• Support drill operations, including handling drill rods, tooling, and materials
• Mix and manage drilling fluids (bentonite and additives)
• Operate basic hand tools and small equipment as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site
• Assist with locating and exposing underground utilities (daylighting)
• Follow direction from the drill operator and foreman
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment

Qualifications

· Previous construction or HDD experience preferred

· Knowledge of underground utility work is an asset

· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, working outdoors)

· Strong awareness of safety practices and procedures

· Valid driver’s license (Class G or equivalent preferred)

· Willingness to travel to various job sites

· Ability to work long hours, weekends, and overtime when required
