Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with meal preparation, food handling, and plating to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Support the team in serving customers efficiently and courteously
• Stock ingredients and supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management
• Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Skills

• Experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant environments is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff members
• Familiarity with meal preparation, food service, and kitchen equipment operation
• Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills
