We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the grooming process. You will work closely with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and preferences, while also delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs and cats.
• Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin to recommend appropriate grooming treatments.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' grooming needs and any concerns observed during the grooming process.
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
• Handle pets safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort during the grooming experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Assist in lifting larger or heavier pets as needed during the grooming process.

Experience

• Previous experience in pet grooming is required
• Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or multiple pets.
• A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care and well-being is essential.
