InCycle Automation is an engineering and design firm specializing in the integration of automated process control systems, design, programming, commissioning and training.

Our Controls and Robotic teams are actively seeking experienced professionals

Job Summary: Immediate openings for Robot Programmers

Responsibilities of the Robot Programmer position include:

- Trouble shooting various equipment on End Of Arm Tooling (robot arm)

- Robot controller setup and configuration

- I/O Configuration and setup of BitMap

- Working with various robot manufactured models

- Developing programs, path verification, and testing

- Setup and verify Robot Zoning

- Provide commissioning support for automation testing of robotic systems

- knowledge of electronics and control power

- Able to trouble shoot basic electrical circuits and interpret electrical schematics

- knowledge of mechanical

- Other duties as required

As a qualified candidate, you MUST possess the following skills, experience and education:

Skills :

- Able to read and understand industrial electrical schematics

- Understand electronic basics and troubleshoot electrical circuits

- Able to interpret line code (step logic) for robot programs

- Basic knowledge of mechanical assemblies

- Well organized, structured and professional presentation

- A team player with great communication and interpersonal skills

Experience / Exposure :

- experience/exposure with one or more of the following robot manufacturers:

*Fanuc, ABB, Comau, KUKA

- Programming experience in all or some of the following applications;

- Spot Welding, Riveting, Mig Welding, Adhesive, Material Handling Application, Vision

- Capable of path development

- Capable of entering/modifying and/or adding robot logic to TP programs

- Capable of adding files to robot controllers

- Understand, setup/configure I/O

- Capable of working individually or as part of a team

Education :

- A university/college degree in a related field (Electrical Engineering Technician/Technologist, Mechanical Engineering/Technology, Industrial Automation,Robotic Tech from a recognized institution (2 Years min)

General :

- Availability to work (evenings, weekends, outside working hours, etc.)

* Opportunity to travel ( all expenses paid, extra expenses for travel incentives including travel bonuses)

*Please include details of programming experience/exposure
