Full job description
We are a busy international labeling company based in Markham, supplying labeling products and solutions to leading North American apparel retailers and brands.
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Account Administrator to join our team in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day management of customer accounts and orders
Coordinate customer requirements with internal departments and monitor order progress
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in account administration, customer service or account coordination with strong communication skills
Experience within the apparel, textile, packaging or labeling industry would be an asset
Graphic design knowledge or familiarity with artwork processes is beneficial but not essential
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment
We are looking for a dependable, proactive individual with a positive attitude and strong customer service mindset who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-moving business environment.
