Job Overview

Duties
- Engage with prospective clients via telemarketing calls to generate interest in our products and services
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring optimal time management and client coverage
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage schedules
- Conduct follow-up communications to confirm appointments and nurture leads
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand promotional campaigns and target audiences
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Assist in developing outreach strategies through effective negotiation and communication techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and promptly
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales environments
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing best practices
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Demonstrated ability in customer service, business development, and sales processes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
