Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, handle data entry, and assist with front desk duties in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency with office software to ensure smooth daily operations.

Duties

  • Manage data entry tasks
  • Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff
  • Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, proofreading, and document preparation
  • Support bookkeeping activities and basic financial record keeping
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, email correspondence, and collaboration
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and timely processing of administrative requests
  • Maintain a professional appearance and phone etiquette at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, proofreading, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Demonstrated ability to support team members effectively and maintain confidentiality
