Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our vibrant team at Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests enjoy pristine accommodations that reflect our commitment to excellence and warmth. Your contribution will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Restock supplies and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management.
• Follow safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
• Provide friendly and professional service to all guests during their stay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
