Westkey Graphics is looking for a high-energy and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in any of the following areas:
- Label Printing
- Wide-Format & Large-Format Printing
- Trade Show & Exhibit Booths
- Commercial Print (Digital & Offset)
- Promotional Products / Branded Merchandise
Candidates do not need expertise in every category although strong experience in one or more areas is an asset. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and exceeding sales targets.
We are looking for high-performing sales professionals who understand their craft, can build strong client relationships, and want to expand their portfolio by leveraging Westkey’s full range of manufacturing capabilities.
This role offers the opportunity to grow a book of business across multiple verticals while helping clients integrate various print and display solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Prospect and secure new business within your area(s) of expertise.
- Educate clients on solutions related to your specialty including labels, wide-format graphics, trade show booths, commercial print, or promotional products.
- Grow opportunities by introducing clients to Westkey’s broader product lines.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
Account Management & Client Relations
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and innovative solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project updates, service requirements, and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand project requirements, client timelines, and budget constraits.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Estimating, CSR / Planners, Design, Production, Shipping) to deliver projects accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to assess customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and competitors to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
Product Knowledge & Industry Expertise
- Maintain strong product knowledge in your primary specialty area(s).
- Stay current on trends, materials, substrates, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client presentations when required.
- Leverage Westkey’s production capabilities to provide clients with complete solutions.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with the Sales Director to target strategic markets and establish growth plans.
- Track leads, pipeline activity, and forecasts within your CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insight or competitive trends.
- Communicate effectively with CSRs/Planners and Production to ensure smooth job execution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in at least one of the following areas:
- -> Labels
- -> Wide-format / large-format printing
- -> Trade show exhibits or modular booth sales
- -> Promotional products / branded merchandise
- -> Commercial print (offset or digital)
- Comfortable in a commission-based sales role with sales growth KPIs
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
- Self-motivated, able to independently manage a sales territory and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry networking events.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
- Additional language skills are considered an asset.
