Salesperson / Estimator - Roofing

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction sales, with expertise in project management and estimating. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Conduct thorough project estimates and pricing analysis
• Utilize AccuLynx for estimating, project management and documentation
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications

• Proven experience (at least 10 years) in the roofing industry, particularly in SBS and torch on systems
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes and pricing strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
