Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
• Support banquet and catering events by preparing large quantities of food as required.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Participate in regular cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment and workstations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment is preferred.
• Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
