Sous Chef

Carpaccio Restaurant & Wine Bar is seeking Sous Chefs with 3-5 years experience to join our leadership team. Must have knowledge of Italian Cuisine, food costing scheduling, inventory and purchasing.

We are an established Italian restaurant focused on authentic cuisine, fresh ingredients, consistency and strong execution.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, leads by example and wants to be part of a professional kitchen environment with long-term potential.
