As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
• Provide exemplary customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts.
• Uphold company policies regarding cash handling and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is advantageous.
• Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising displays.
• Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
