Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Lash and Brow Expert to join our team on a full-time/ part-time basis. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest beauty and lash trends. As a Lash and Brow Artist at LLBA, you will play a crucial role in performing services, planning and producing engaging social media content, testing new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional lash and brow services, including:

– Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Lash Extensions
– Lash Lifts and Tints
– Brow Shaping, Waxing, Tinting, and Lamination

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services and aftercare.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
• Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and product innovations.
• Help create a welcoming, relaxing, and positive experience for every client.

Qualifications:

• Certified Lash and/or Brow Technician with relevant training and experience.
• Proven portfolio of work (Instagram, website, or photo examples).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Pay: From $20/hour OR commission base. Tips and commission on selling products.
