Production Team Member – All Shifts Available

Swift is a company based in Cambridge, ON, a division of Pro-Tac Industries specializing in insulation, soundproofing, and sealing products. We have been experiencing continuous growth for the past 30 years, currently serving over 500 clients across various sectors.

Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Willingness to learn and flexibility to do various jobs
Eye for detail and pride in producing quality parts
Hands-on, pitch in get the job done attitude
Ability to do physical work at a steady pace

Track record of solid attendance and punctuality

What you will do:

Operation of hydraulic presses to form parts

Assembling and packaging of parts
Inspecting of parts and ability to recognize defects
Monitor quality of material produced
Take pride in a clean and organized workspace

Full Time Employments with Benefits

Day Shift Monday to Friday 7:00 to 3:30pm

Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Night Shift Sunday to Thursday 10:30PM to 7:00AM
