Restaurant Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patrons and staff. This role involves performing thorough cleaning and sanitation of dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, and other facility spaces. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize all dining tables, chairs, and booths after each use
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including countertops, appliances, and floors
• Sanitize restrooms regularly, restocking supplies as needed
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces throughout the restaurant
• Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas
• Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or fixing minor issues
• Follow safety protocols to ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and guests

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic repair skills is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
