Fox Exploration Ltd. is accepting applications for a Camp Manager, as outlined below, to play a key role as part of its operations team at a remote camp in the Yukon. This position is ideal for a highly-motivated, self-driven and adaptable individual who thrives in a team environment, pays close attention to detail and task prioritization and has a knack for problem solving. Fox Exploration provides exploration project management and support personnel to various clients in the mineral resources sector. Job Overview

The Camp Manager will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks to help ensure camp and camp equipment is maintained while providing assistance and support for other camp departments. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with the mobilization and construction of camp
• Assisting camp tear down and demobilization
• Troubleshoot and maintain basic electrical, plumbing, generator, and water systems as issues arise
• Maintaining camp communication systems (radios, repeater, satellite internet…)
• Ensuring camp remains organized and clean
• Training and overseeing an assistant if one is provided
• Ordering and maintaining inventories of camp consumables such as fuel & lumber
• Expediting to the nearby town
• Overseeing camp support staff and acting as the camp liaison with the head office
• Providing camp orientation to all incoming personnel
• Enforcing Camp Rules
• Working with the camp’s Health and Safety Officer in implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
• Providing support to other departments such as geology and drilling personnel
• Working directly with the Project Manger or Senior Project Geologist in the coordination and logistics of personnel and supplies going to and from camp.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and off-road driving experience
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Basic computer skills including excel spreadsheets, scanning, email
• Ability to perform physically demanding work; lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to work long and irregular hours
• Small equipment operational experience (ie. skid steer)
• First Aid, WHMIS, and valid Firearms License (PAL) preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Self-driven with a work ethic to go beyond what is expected
• Previous experience as a Camp Manager or Maintenance role is a major asset
• Trade certification in any related discipline is an asset

Anticipated Start Date: June 16th, 2026
