Experienced Caulking Technician (Commercial & Residential)

Location: Ottawa / Gatineau Region

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced caulking technician to join our team.
This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone who already knows how to work efficiently, safely, and professionally on-site.

You’ll be working on a mix of:

  • Commercial buildings
  • Residential properties

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Removal and replacement of sealants (windows, joints, control joints, etc.)
  • Working at heights (ladders, swing stage, lifts)
  • Surface prep and proper application of sealants (we use Dowsil CWS)
  • Reading basic scopes and following job instructions
  • Maintaining clean and professional job sites
  • Communicating with team members and supervisors

Requirements (Must Have)

  • 2+ years of caulking experience
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Experience with commercial or multi-residential projects
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and shows up ready to work

Assets (Big Plus)

  • Knowledge of products like DOWSIL or similar
  • Lift certification
  • Experience working on large-scale projects

Compensation
