Warehouse Associate

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick and pack daily orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and count incoming inventory
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, communicate variances and damaged products, and update stock.
• Complete daily close out log of Fulfillment tasks and orders.
• Keep fulfillment area clean and organized.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in fulfillment and implement viable solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May include other job duties.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a fulfillment environment using inventory/order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Experience with Forklift preferred.
• Familiar with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
• Friendly and professional personality with a customer service focused attitude.
• Self-starter, can work with minimal supervision and direction.
