Summary

We are seeking a Server to join our dynamic team at TGI Fridays. Both of our locations (located instead the Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview and Wyndham Grand Fallsview hotels) are currently hiring for this role. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests enjoy top-notch dining experiences. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute significantly to our mission of providing memorable stays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required.
• Smart Serve certified.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
