Role Overview

We are hiring an organized Project Manager to steward the company’s Supply and Install project lifecycle, from sales confirmation through product availability and installation readiness. In this role, you will manage multiple projects and ensure all assigned projects meet quality, timeline, and cost objectives.

What You’ll Do

The project manager will be responsible for the following:

• Communicate with external customers.
• Ensure order Integrity and completeness (documentation/information).
• Ensure material availability for project before production starts.
• Coordinate with scheduler and communicate and confirm order delivery with customers.
• Coordinate with staging and shipping teams.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Receive and review order for completeness from sales coordinator.
• Assign installer and provide measure form.
• Receive and review completed measure form from installer.
• Interact with sales if required.
• Enter re-measure in FeneVision.
• Complete PRF for special products required for the installation.
• Perform customer follow-ups.
• Track non-stock PO items.
• Track order through production and troubleshoot issues to ensure completion date aligns with installation date.
• Coordinate with staging coordinator to ensure product completeness and readiness for picked-up by installer.
• Coordinate with shipping deliveries of large products that cannot be handled by installers.
• Communicate with Back-End PM delays and coordinate changes with scheduler and customer if need be.

Additional Duties:

• React quickly to changing internal and external business conditions and propose effective alternatives.
• Manage and resolve potentially stressful and difficult situations by involving the right people at the right time.
• Continuously seek to improve internal business processes and reduce errors by investigating and adapting new procedures, tools or technology.
• Additional responsibilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Project management experience with budgets of $1 MM+.
• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing or construction industry.
• ERP experience (preferably FeneVision).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Critical thinking.
• Self-starter that is organized and wants to positively impact the company and clients.
• Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
• Actively engage at any opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
