Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Project Coordinator / Planner to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating and planning aerospace component production, ensuring that all processes align with engineering specifications and project timelines. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on high-precision aerospace manufacturing, requiring strong technical knowledge and organizational skills.

Duties

  • Develop and review detailed production plans based on blueprints, and engineering drawings.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely execution of assembly, machining, and other processes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings
  • Apply strong knowledge of GD&T, aerospace materials, machining, NDT, surface finishing, and assembly processes.
  • Collaborate with quality control to inspect parts using calipers and other precision measurement tools.
  • Perform material planning to ensure timely availability of raw materials aligned with production needs.
  • Review customer contracts and technical requirements to ensure alignment with manufacturing capabilities and compliance obligations.
  • Prepare internal control plans (work orders / manufacturing process plans) based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and customer-specific requirement.
  • Create and track production schedules to support on-time delivery of programs.

Qualifications

  • Proven 5 years experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing Industry
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, ERP software, Component Manufacturing and AS9100 Standard
  • Mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes, and fabrication methods
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with customer, team members and documenting processes

This role is essential for maintaining efficient production workflows within our aerospace manufacturing facility. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
