Job Description

We are looking for a HR Administrator/Recruiter to join our team. The HR Administrator/Recruiter's responsibilities will include managing the recruiting process, onboarding, and orientation for new hires. This position will work Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit for the role and culture
  • Collaborate with managers to understand department needs and develop job descriptions
  • Maintain and update job postings
  • Organize and coordinate new hire onboarding process to ensure seamless transition for new employees
  • Prepare and send onboarding documentation and ensure completion of necessary forms, contracts, and policies
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, values, and policies
  • Assist in HR projects related to employee engagement, performance reviews, and workforce planning
  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions (benefits, employee queries, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields is a plus
  • Talent acquisition and recruiting experience
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct interviews
  • Familiarity with employee relations and training & development practices
