- Supervise tax return preparation performed by shared services (e.g., GBS) and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure proper tax accounting, documentation, and record maintenance

Risk Management & Governance
- Identify, assess, and manage tax risks and exposures
- Support and manage tax audits and disputes, working with external advisors
- Ensure effective implementation of tax policies, controls, and governance frameworks
Transfer Pricing & Global Initiatives
- Support the implementation of transfer pricing policies and intercompany transactions
- Collaborate with global teams on initiatives such as Pillar Two / global minimum tax compliance
- Contribute to cross-market projects and reporting activities
People Leadership
- Lead and develop a small team (Tax Supervisor and Analysts)
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure team priorities are clear and aligned with business objectives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–10+ years of experience in corporate tax, ideally within a multinational environment
- Background in Big 4 (tax advisory or compliance) is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Legal with tax compliance advisory experience
- Strong corporate tax expert with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- Experience with transfer pricing and intercompany transactions
- Exposure to international tax frameworks (e.g., Pillar Two) is a plus
- Collaborative and skilled at stakeholder management across functions and geographies.
- Comfortable working in a complex, highly regulated environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to simplify complexity for business leaders
- Strong people leader with a focus on team development and coaching
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions. You will have the chance to build your professional expertise, business understanding, and leadership capabilities in a collaborative, challenging environment where we will empower you to take risks, experiment, and explore.
Our company fosters excellence in execution and is comprised of dedicated people working together to continue growing our status as industry leaders. We offer our employees a competitive salary, an attractive compensation package, flexible work schedules (where applicable), health and wellness programs, and a range of benefits.
For this position, the salary starts at $145,400 CAD annual based.
