Role and Responsibilites:

The plumber completes 2-4 service calls per day, installs and repairs pipes and fittings of water supply, sanitation, or heating systems inside of a residential home. Uses a flat rate pricing system.

Primary Responsibilities

· Diagnose problems and complete a holistic home inspection. Properly diagnose and describe their findings. Complete whole-home inspections will be done and documented on every job.

· Present solutions using the presentation system. Properly present solutions using the presentation system. Plumber will have homeowner confirm the understanding of their options in writing.

· Perform professional grade service, repairs, and installations. Perform their work in a standard that meets or exceeds governing authorities. Plumber will achieve a less than 3% callback ratio related to workmanship.

Base Compensation: $50,000/YR to $125,000+/YR as a mix of hourly and commission pay.

Bonus Compensation: Getting 5-star Google reviews, and other actionable items that we may reward separately from the commission program.
