About FORME

FORME is an AI-powered healthcare platform at the leading edge of one of the fastest-growing markets in the world — longevity and preventative medicine. We help clinics deliver personalized, practitioner-supervised care: biologic age tracking, AI-driven protocols, wearable integration, and ongoing coaching, all under the clinic's own roof.

AI healthcare and longevity are exploding, and FORME is positioned right in the middle of it. We're an early-stage Canadian startup growing fast, and we're hiring our first dedicated field salesperson. For the right, driven person, this role can be massively lucrative — uncapped commission, retention bonuses that compound, and real equity in a company riding a rising market.

The Role

This is a true outside-sales, hunter role. You'll be on the road meeting practitioners — longevity clinics, functional and integrative medicine practices, med spas, and forward-thinking physicians — across British Columbia and Western Canada.

Your job is to get in the door, run the demo, articulate the ROI, and close clinics onto the FORME platform. If you've detailed physicians before, this will feel familiar — except you're selling a product clinics are genuinely excited to adopt, in a market that's growing under your feet.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, book, and run in-person meetings with clinic owners and practitioners
  • Deliver compelling product demos and communicate FORME's clinical and financial value
  • Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed, activated clinic
  • Build lasting relationships that keep clinics engaged and growing past their first year
  • Represent FORME at conferences and industry events
  • Feed market insights back to our product and leadership team

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of outside/field sales experience — pharmaceutical or medical-device rep experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or beating quota
  • Comfortable detailing to physicians and clinic decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to run your own territory with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel required)
  • Genuine interest in health, longevity, AI, or preventative medicine is a big plus
