Client Care Administrator – UROSPOT Granville St. Vancouver & 13th and Lonsdale North Vancouver

WHO YOU ARE…

You are a mature, compassionate, caring, enthusiastic advocate for novel, cutting edge health solutions and your years of experience in pharmaceutical sales helps you communicate clearly and kindly with our mature clients. As our front desk Client Care Administrator (CCA), you are the first person to welcome our clients and deliver our warm welcome based on trust, empathy and the reason behind our guest's visit. You are naturally curious and naturally connect to WHY our guest is visiting UROSPOT. Using your front desk communication, prioritization, organization and execution experience in health and pharma, you will make our valued guests feel comfortable and show our clients that they have come to the right evidence based place to solve their pelvic floor concerns and issues. Leveraging your experience in pharma sales, you also call back inquries that arrived in our inbox overnight and help turn potential clients into raving fans, booking consultations, manage the daily schedule, handle billings and be the organizer extraordinaire that keeps the day running smoothly.

Your interactions with clients set the foundation for our UROSPOT brand experience with anyone you interact with. “Love is in the Details” and connecting to PURPOSE and WHY is how you live your life. Surprising and delighting others makes your day and gives you energy! You have an infectious personality, a polished and professional image, and a warm manner. Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Pharmaceutical sales
  • Experience communicating with compassion, purpose and connection to drive patient focused health and healing positive outcomes.
  • Experienced in data entry, filing, and front desk operations
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
  • Previous administrative experience and a background in customer service
  • Passion for women's health and empowerment
