We are a structured, luxury grooming spa focused on precision, presentation, and long-term client relationships.

We are hiring:

  • Master Groomer (Lead Role)
  • Experienced Groomers (Stylists)

We value quality, systems, and accountability.

MASTER GROOMER (Lead Position)

This role combines advanced grooming skill with leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain breed-standard and luxury finish quality
  • Oversee grooming standards across team
  • Act as quality control and floor lead
  • Ensure proper equipment use and compliance
  • Support workflow and daily structure

Requirements:

  • 5+ years professional grooming experience
  • Strong scissoring and finishing expertise
  • Leadership presence and maturity
  • Technologically comfortable (CRM, digital notes, photo uploads)
  • Must bring full professional grooming tool kit

Compensation:

  • starting $24/hour base (based on experience)
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Retail & add-on commission

EXPERIENCED GROOMER (Stylist)

For confident groomers ready to grow within a premium brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete full grooms independently
  • Maintain professional, clean workstation
  • Capture required before/after photos & video content
  • Follow structured documentation systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years professional experience
  • Strong finishing detail
  • Technologically comfortable or willing to learn
  • Must provide own professional tools

Compensation:

  • Starting $20/hour (based on experience)
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Retail & add-on commission
  • Review-based incentives

PERFORMANCE BONUS STRUCTURE

TOOL POLICY

Groomers Must Provide:

  • Shears (straight, curved, thinning)
  • Clippers, blades, guards
  • Brushes & combs
  • Nail grinder
  • Maintenance supplies

  • Towels & cleaning supplies
  • Reception & marketing support
  • Fully booked system and lead generation

All equipment must be used according to operational guidelines.
