## Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal drafting, research, and administrative tasks. If you are organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.

Minimum 1 year experience as a conveyancer required***

## Responsibilities
- Draft conveyancing documents
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain communication with clients via phone and email with professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage and organize files related to conveyancing transactions
- Familiarity with PC Law and Unity is an asset

## Requirements
- Experience in real estate conveyancing procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
