  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP protocols at all times to maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing environment.
  • Use basic math skills for counting and label verification; assist in tracking and maintaining the inventory of packing supplies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to record production data and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Leadership: Proven background in leading or directing teams in a production setting.
  • Personality: High energy and highly motivated. Must be comfortable being vocal and assertive in a busy warehouse.

  • Work Environment: Ability to work a full shift in a regulated temperature environment (cold/refrigerated warehouse).
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Benefits & Growth

  • Long-Term Stability: This is a long-term position with a potential path for internal advancement and professional growth.
  • Benefits Package: Upon completion of the probationary period, employees are eligible for benefits package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
