Radouga Distilleries Inc., home of Provincial Vodka and Crush-It Hard Iced Tea, is a growing Canadian alcoholic beverage company seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to develop and manage our Winnipeg and Manitoba market.

We are looking for a driven, outgoing individual who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts, and growing brands. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong desire to succeed.

This is a base salary + commission position. Your earning potential is directly connected to your performance—the more you sell and grow your territory, the more you can earn.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales of Provincial Vodka, Crush-It Hard Iced Tea, and other Radouga Distilleries products throughout the assigned territory.
  • Plan and execute regular sales calls and store visits to existing and prospective customers.
  • Prospect for and open new accounts, including liquor stores, independent liquor retailers, restaurants, hotels, bars, clubs, and other licensed establishments.
  • Develop a territory sales plan and execute strategies to achieve sales, distribution, and account-growth objectives.
  • Present and promote our brands to retail and on-premise customers with the goal of securing new listings and increasing product distribution.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with liquor retailers, managers, owners, buyers, restaurants, bars, hotels, and other industry partners.
  • Act as a professional Brand Ambassador for Provincial Vodka, and Crush-It Hard Iced Tea.
  • Establish and maintain an effective sales-call and store-visit cycle.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue new business.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers.
  • Monitor product placement, inventory, displays, promotions, and competitive activity within the territory.
  • Participate in product tastings, promotional events, trade events, and other brand-building activities as required.
  • Provide regular sales activity and territory updates to management.

Job Requirements

  • Must live in Winnipeg or the surrounding area and be able to service the assigned Manitoba territory.
  • Previous sales experience in the liquor, beverage, hospitality, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
  • Strong sales ability and a willingness to prospect and develop new accounts.
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
  • Must have appropriate automobile insurance and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and reliability are essential.
  • Highly organized and able to independently manage a sales territory and schedule.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, personable, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable approaching new customers and asking for the sale.
  • Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.

Compensation

CA$60,000–CA$80,000 per year
