Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) – Pediatrics

Location: Greater Toronto Area, ON (Brampton, Milton, Mississauga)

Job Type: Part-time, Year-round

Pay: $35.00–$40.00 per hour

About Us

Occupational Therapy by Manvir Rakkar Inc. provides individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric clients, supporting children in reaching their developmental, sensory, and functional goals. We're looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

We're hiring a part-time OTA to work with pediatric clients on a flexible, year-round schedule. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and wants a schedule that fits around their availability.

Schedule: Flexible days and hours, part-time, year-round

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Support pediatric clients in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills
  • Document client progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
  • Create a positive, engaging therapeutic environment for children and families
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers on carryover of therapy goals

Requirements

  • Valid OTA license (required)
  • Experience working with pediatric clients preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and flexible availability
