- Lead the platform roadmap, translating business and customer needs into prioritized digital capabilities.
- Oversee real-time visibility, digital mapping, and data flows from connected devices.
- Ensure accurate, timely alerts for moved, fallen, or impacted traffic signs and equipment.
- Partner with operations teams to optimize incident response workflows and reduce downtime.
- Act as the bridge between engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams.
- Champion user experience, adoption, and platform usability for traffic management teams.
- Monitor platform health, data integrity, security, and compliance with privacy standards.
- Use platform insights to improve safety outcomes, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation, analytics, and smart infrastructure capabilities.

- 3–5 years of experience managing digital platforms, SaaS products, or technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience with IoT-enabled systems, connected devices, or real-time data platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, dashboards, data flows, and platform reliability principles (including data integrity, privacy, and security).
- Familiarity with digital mapping or location-based technologies is an asset.
