Vinyl Installer – Canpro Deck and Rail Victoria

We're hiring on two tracks:
EXPERIENCED INSTALLER (contract / piece-work)
If you've installed vinyl deck membrane before (Deksmart, Duradek, or similar), we want to talk. Paid by the square foot, steady volume, work with a crew that respects the trade.
TRAINEE (entry-level)
No experience required — we'll train you from zero. What we need:
- Willingness to learn a specialty trade properly
- Minimum 1-year commitment if we're investing in your training
- Strong work ethic and genuine attention to detail
- Reliable and on time
Real career path with growth into lead hand and project oversight roles within our 5-location network across BC and Alberta.
WHO FITS

REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable with physical work in all weather
- Valid driver's license
- Trainees: 1-year minimum commitment
