This is an inside agent position, which means you work hours similar to banks with full team support, even after hours.

What you need to join the cause:

  • Sales and Mortgage Agent experience: 1+ year (Licensed Mortgage Agent Preferred)
  • OR
  • Service industry experience. This could be in the hospitality industry, sales, or any people first market: 1+ Years (Preferred)
  • AND ...
  • Passion for personal growth and helping people: (Huge Asset)

What you DO NOT need:

  • Mortgage-related experience (we love to train new people!)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • Other languages will be an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Commission Plan: $50,000.00 to $185,000.00+ /year (many agents reach higher income levels)

COVID-19 considerations: We have a process in place with respect to COVID, including hand sanitizer, masks, plexiglass between workstations, and contact-free client meetings (all software and tools provided)
