Summary

'Executive Sous Chef' is a vital role at our venue, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional service quality. Located in Milton, Ontario, this position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to our tradition of excellence.
Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily food operations of the banquet hall.
  • Oversee food preparation, service, and safety standards.
  • Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hospitality standards.
  • Collaborate with management to plan events and optimize service delivery.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of all food and service areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support staff training and development initiatives.

'Executive Sous Chef' candidates should possess:

  • Proven supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and food handling.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in event planning or banquet services is a plus.
  • Food safety certification is preferred.
