We are a busy and growing medical clinic committed to providing high-quality patient care in a professional and welcoming environment. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure the clinic runs efficiently and smoothly.

Position Overview

The Office Manager will play a key leadership role in managing administrative operations, supporting clinic staff, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, efficiency, and patient care. This is a hands-on role requiring both leadership and active participation in day-to-day clinic functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative workflows
  • Supervise and support front desk and administrative staff
  • Ensure staff adherence to policies, including scheduling, punctuality, and break procedures
  • Manage staff scheduling and optimize appointment flow
  • Address and resolve staff and patient concerns professionally
  • Develop and implement office procedures and systems
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics (e.g., scheduling efficiency, cancellations, patient flow)
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and clinic policies
  • Step in to assist with reception or administrative tasks as needed
  • Regular office hours

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in office management or administrative leadership
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare setting strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, confident, and approachable demeanor
  • Experience with scheduling systems and EMR software is an asset

Compensation
