About the Role

UPGUYS Health is looking for an organized, patient-focused Clinic Coordinator to support our Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) program. In this role, you'll help patients navigate their care while coordinating appointments, records, lab results and follow-ups with healthcare providers and the broader clinical team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support patients by answering questions and providing information about the TRT program.
• Coordinate consultations, lab work, follow-ups and other medical appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on lab and hospital results.
• Conduct pre-appointment screening and ensure required patient information is complete.
• Follow up with patients throughout their treatment journey to support engagement and continuity of care.
• Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacy and clinical teams.

What You'll Bring

• Bilingual in English and French.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident, professional communication and a patient-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with digital systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a healthcare team.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive patient information.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy environments.
• Familiarity with prescriptions and patient confidentiality.

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite, in-person position at our office at Unit 212 – 3989 Henning Drive, Burnaby, BC. The role involves regular computer and telephone work. It is not a remote or hybrid position.

Compensation

$30.00–$31.00 per hour.
