Your Role

As a Dental Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing appointment scheduling to optimize efficiency and minimize gaps
  • Handling patient inquiries, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations, payments and insurance
  • Maintaining and updating patient records with accuracy
  • Meeting and greeting patients at our Welcome desk and offering various items from our Comfort menu.

What We’re Looking For

✔ No experience necessary
✔ Knowledge of dental software is an asset
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
