Marketing Coordinator (Student) – Seasonal 2026

Welcome to B31!

We have a unique opportunity for you to join the B31 Marketing Team as a Marketing Coordinator (Student) and support the delivery of content, creation, media and influencer coordination, social media initiatives, photography projects, onsite marketing and event support, bringing your creative focus across a dynamic 70+ acre cultural destination.

High collaboration with the larger Marketing Team, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role on the team and brings a dynamic and organized approach during our high-volume summer season. This role combines content creation, media and influencer coordination, campaign support, and on-site event assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Content + Social Media

  • Capture and create content across Base31’s priority channels — including on-site photo/video capture, editing short-form video, and producing platform-ready social assets.
  • Execute day-to-day social media posting and scheduling, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Assist with blog content creation and digital storytelling initiatives.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other creatives to capture event and promotional content.

Influencer + Media Relations

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and media contacts.
  • Assist with media outreach, press releases, and influencer campaign execution.

Campaign Coordination + Project Support

  • Support e-commerce and marketing campaigns through coordinated asset collection, content uploads, and adherence to workback schedules.
  • Assist with marketing materials and event content, including building digital assets, updating web content, and supporting live event coverage.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support to keep marketing workflows running smoothly.
  • Monitor social performance and contribute to analytics reporting, tracking KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and content performance, and providing insights to help optimize future content.

On-Site + Event Support

  • Provide on-site marketing support during Drill Hall shows, festivals, and other events.
  • Assist with event setup, guest engagement, photography coordination, and social media coverage.
  • Be available for weekend and on-call coverage during high-volume events
