Budtender

Part-time position available, mostly evenings and weekends. 2 to 4 shifts per week.

As a Budtender, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while assisting clients with their cannabis selections. Your core skills in cash handling, communication, and basic math will ensure smooth transactions and accurate product recommendations. Utilizing your premium skills in retail sales and multilingual communication, you will enhance the customer experience and foster a welcoming environment. Additionally, your relevant skills in time management and merchandising will support the efficient operation of the dispensary. • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering inquiries.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for transactions and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing and inventory management.
• Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Must have Selling it Right certificate, or willing to get it.
