We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Shift Leader to help oversee daily operations and ensure smooth shifts. Job Responsibilities:

Shift Leadership: Supervise and support crew members during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and handling feedback with professionalism.

Team Coordination: Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-spot coaching to maintain high standards.

Operations Management: Oversee food preparation, service quality, and cleanliness to meet Mad Bird’s standards.

Opening/Closing Duties: Handle key operational tasks such as cash handling, inventory checks, and ensuring the restaurant is ready for the day or securely closed.

Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

A passion for great food and delivering excellent customer service.

Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
