Position Objective

We are seeking a high-calibre Sales Consultant who thrives in structured, target-driven, consultative selling.

This is not transactional retail. This is education-based, results-focused closing.

You will guide clients through personalized treatment plans, helping them commit confidently to advanced, non-surgical body and skin programs. Medical aesthetics experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training on our systems and protocols.

What matters most is your ability to build trust quickly, ask intelligent questions, manage objections professionally, and close decisively.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of consultative sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Comfort working evenings and weekends as required
• Strong technical and CRM proficiency
• Health or medical background is an asset but not required

Success Measures

You will be evaluated on:

• New client enrollment revenue
• Consultation-to-enrollment conversion rate
• Retention and repeat sales
• Overall contribution to clinic revenue targets

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
