Mr. Burger was founded in 1976 and has been an institution in Oshawa for over 40 years. We grind our beef in-house using only top-quality meat with no fillers or added preservatives.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The successful candidate will be a motivated, hard worker with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

WHAT TO EXPECT.

You will be working either part time (15-25 hours) or full time (36- 44 hours) for this position. You will be tasked with learning all the areas in the restaurant, including Fryer, Cash, Grilling, Prep and Dressings.

You will be paid weekly, and tip-out ranges from 2-3 dollars extra an hour weekly after probation.

For every position you learn your wage increases further.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Interacting with guests in an inviting way

-Learning multiple positions within the company

-Be responsible for closing and cleaning duties.

-Ensure consistent product quality.

-Following workplace safety.

-Assist in maintaining a great workplace culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
