Aqua Fitness Instructor (Year-Round)

Richmond Hill Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Aqua Fitness Instructor to join our team. This is a year-round opportunity to lead engaging, safe, and motivating aquatic fitness classes for our members in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-quality Aqua Fitness classes for participants of varying fitness levels.
  • Create a fun, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere.
  • Ensure participant safety and follow all aquatic safety standards.
  • Arrive prepared with well-planned class formats and progressions.
  • Maintain current certifications and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Aqua Fitness teaching experience.
  • Current aquatic fitness certification (CALA, WaterART, YMCA, or equivalent).
  • Current CPR-C and AED certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, energetic, and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Compensation

$45.00–$55.00 per class, based on qualifications and experience.
