Hockey Recruiter & Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Hockey Recruiter & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our hockey tournaments and specialty sports programs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hockey background, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience in marketing and business development.

Responsibilities

• Recruit hockey teams, clubs, associations, and organizations for tournaments and specialty programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with coaches, team managers, and hockey organizations.
• Attend hockey events, tournaments, and showcases to promote our programs.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
• Build partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
• Track recruitment efforts and maintain customer relationship databases.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hockey background as a player, coach, manager, or administrator.
• Experience in sports marketing, sales, recruitment, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using social media and digital marketing tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel to tournaments and hockey events.
