Massage Therapist

• Conduct client consultations and obtain a comprehensive health history before treatment.
• Assess clients and identify areas requiring massage therapy intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide professional massage therapy treatments using appropriate techniques.
• Perform techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, and other appropriate therapeutic techniques within the therapist's scope of practice.
• Monitor client comfort and modify treatments as required.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client treatment records.
• Educate clients about aftercare, home-care recommendations, posture, stretching, and self-care when appropriate.
• Maintain professional standards of hygiene, sanitation, and infection prevention and control.
• Clean and disinfect the treatment area and equipment between clients.
• Follow all applicable professional, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain client confidentiality and protect personal health information.
• Communicate professionally with clients and clinic staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a welcoming and professional clinic environment.
• Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and ongoing learning.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
