ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)
  • BSW required.
  • MSW preferred. If successful applicant has MSW, they will be paid at MSW rate.
  • Current membership in College of Social Work.
  • 3-5 year clinical experience in Social Work/Discharge Planning.
  • Current knowledge/familiarity with agencies, service and resources in Chatham-Kent .
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Satisfactory attendance.
